Invoice & Receipt Templates
Every template below is an original design that runs on the same engine: the same line items, the same whole-cent arithmetic, the same honest labels — only the ink changes. Pick one, and the generator opens with that design active. Each works as an invoice, a receipt, or a quote. There is no sign-up and no watermark, and the PDF is generated on your device, so nothing you type is ever uploaded.
Ledger
The classic ruled layout every accounts office recognizes on sight.
Slate
Clean modern minimalism — wide margins, hairline rules, one accent used twice.
Banner
A bold full-width color band up top, and a total nobody can miss.
Tape
The narrow register strip the till prints — courier, dashed rules, no ceremony.
Carbon
The receipt-book slip: ruled fill-in lines, ticked payment boxes, a signature rule.
Meridian
A centered serif letterhead with double hairline rules — formal without being stiff.
Gridline
A fully boxed grid that reads like a well-kept spreadsheet, page after page.
Blueprint
A drawing-sheet layout: faint grid, firm border, and a title block that carries the money.
Sidebar
A full-height color panel carries your identity; the numbers get the rest.
Mono
Courier, heavy black rules, zero ornament — an invoice that reads like a terminal.
Broadsheet
An editorial front page for your work, with the amount set like a headline.
Letterhead
Your own stationery as the page — the document renders on top of it.
How these templates work
A template here is not a Word file you download and wrestle with — it is a layout applied to the document you build in the generator. The totals are computed in whole cents by the same tested engine regardless of design, the document label and dates always say what they mean (a receipt never reads "Due"), and your logo, clients and prices stay in your browser. If you are not sure what belongs on the document itself, see what to put on an invoice and invoice vs receipt vs quote.
