Letterhead Invoice Template

If you already have designed stationery — a logo, brand colors, registered addresses at the foot — the last thing you want is a template that fights it. Letterhead turns your own stationery into the document: upload an image of your A4 letterhead, tell the generator where the printed header ends, and a deliberately quiet invoice body renders on top of it.

Also available as a receipt and a quote — same design, different labels. No sign-up, no watermark, and everything is generated in your browser.

The document layer stays out of your brand’s way on purpose. A modest document label, the number and dates in the corner, clean party blocks, a ruled line-item table and an underlined total — no bands, panels or decoration, because your stationery already did the design work. A slider sets where content begins (30–120 mm from the top), so a deep header or a sidebar crest is never overprinted, and on multi-page documents every page repeats your stationery so continuation sheets look as official as the first.

To use it, export your letterhead as a PNG or JPEG at A4 proportions — most design tools and even a good flatbed scan work fine. The image is read on your device and drawn into the PDF right there; like everything else on this site, it is never uploaded to a server. If you skip the upload, the template still produces a clean, airy document with a generous top margin you can print onto pre-printed paper instead.

The same design runs as an invoice, a receipt, or a quote, with the labels always saying what they mean — a receipt shows the amount paid and the date it was paid, never a due date. Totals come from the same whole-cent engine as every other template here, and the PDF downloads with no sign-up and no watermark.

Frequently asked questions

What image should I upload for the letterhead?

A PNG or JPEG of your full A4 page, ideally exported from the tool your letterhead was designed in. The image is stretched to the full page, so an A4-proportioned export (or a straight scan of your printed stationery) gives the truest result.

Is my letterhead file uploaded anywhere?

No. The image is read by your browser and drawn into the PDF on your device. Nothing you upload or type leaves this page.

What if my letterhead has a footer as well as a header?

The content area currently avoids the top of the page based on your slider setting. Long documents flow onto continuation pages before reaching the bottom margin, which keeps clear of most footers; if your footer is unusually tall, leave a little extra room by adding fewer line items per document.

Can I use this without uploading anything?

Yes — without an image it renders a quiet, generously spaced document you can print onto pre-printed letterhead paper, with the same content start you set on the slider.
