This policy explains what data is and is not processed when you use InvoicesAndReceipts.com (InvoicesAndReceipts.com), and which third-party services may be involved. InvoicesAndReceipts.com is designed to minimize data collection: the tools themselves run entirely in your browser.

1. What you enter is processed locally

Everything you put into a document — your own details, your client's name and address, line items, prices, tax numbers you choose to include, notes, and any logo image you add — is processed by JavaScript running on your own device, and the PDF is drawn there too. None of it is sent to InvoicesAndReceipts.com's servers for processing or storage as part of the tools' normal operation, is not logged, and is not stored by us. Closing the page discards it, which is also why we cannot recover a document for you. Analytics events, where enabled (see section 4), never include what you entered or the figures produced.

2. Technical hosting data

InvoicesAndReceipts.com is hosted on Vercel. Like virtually all web hosting, serving pages involves processing technical request data such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and requested URLs, which may appear in short-lived infrastructure logs used for security, abuse prevention, and operations. This processing is performed by the hosting provider as part of delivering the site. See Vercel's privacy policy for details of their practices.

3. Cookies and consent

The InvoicesAndReceipts.com site itself does not set cookies for the tools to work, and no advertising or analytics cookies are set unless and until those services are enabled and, where required, you have made an applicable consent choice. If advertising or analytics are activated in your region, a consent-management dialog will govern which optional technologies may run, and you will be able to revoke your choice at any time through the same mechanism.

4. Analytics data

InvoicesAndReceipts.com may use an analytics service (such as Google Analytics 4 or Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate usage — for example, which tools are visited and whether errors occur. Where analytics are active, they are limited to coarse interaction events (such as "a calculation completed" or "a validation error was shown") and never include the text you typed. Analytics identifiers and cookies, where used, are subject to the consent choices described in section 3.

5. Advertising data

InvoicesAndReceipts.com may display advertising provided by Google AdSense to fund free tools. When ads are active, Google and its partners may process technical data (such as IP address and page context) and, depending on your consent choices, may use cookies or similar technologies to select and measure ads. Where consent rules apply, personalized advertising runs only after an applicable consent choice; non-personalized options are used otherwise. For details, see Google's advertising policies and Google's privacy policy. Ad blockers do not affect the functioning of InvoicesAndReceipts.com tools. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in Google My Ad Center, and opt out across many other vendors at Your Online Choices (Europe) or YourAdChoices (US). Opting out makes advertising non-personalized; it does not remove advertising, and it does not affect anything on this site, because nothing you type is used to target ads in the first place.

6. Third-party services

Depending on configuration, the following categories of third parties may be involved:

  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery (always).
  • Google AdSense — advertising (only when enabled).
  • Analytics provider — aggregate usage measurement (only when enabled).
  • Consent-management platform — records consent choices (only when advertising/analytics requiring consent are enabled).

InvoicesAndReceipts.com does not sell personal information and does not operate accounts, profiles, or user databases.

7. Data retention

InvoicesAndReceipts.com itself retains no user-entered data — there is nothing to retain, because text entered into the tools is processed locally and does not reach our servers in normal operation. Technical logs held by the hosting provider, and any analytics or advertising data held by the providers above, are retained according to those providers' published retention policies. Consent choices are stored in your browser and/or by the consent-management platform for the period required to honor them.

8. Your rights and contact

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because InvoicesAndReceipts.com holds no user-entered data, most such requests will concern the third-party services listed above; we will point you to the correct controller and assist where we can. 9. Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated as services are enabled or changed — for example, when advertising, analytics, or consent management goes live. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
